Ductless installs, furnace replacement and AC repair across Fairfield, Milford, Stratford, Trumbull and Shelton.
What we do
For additions, converted garages and the one room that's never right. We size it to the room, install it, and show you how to run it before we go.
Get a priceFor anyone past 15 years or facing a second failure. You get the model number in writing, and we haul the old one out the same day.
Get a priceFor the day it quits. Call and you get a person, a time window, and a diagnosis before anybody starts pulling parts.
Call nowAbout us
We work Fairfield, Milford, Stratford, Trumbull and Shelton, and that's it. It means we know the housing stock, we're not driving an hour to a call, and when you ring the number a person you've met picks up.
How it works
A person picks up, not a service. You get a time window before you hang up.
In the window we gave you, in a stocked van, so most jobs finish the first visit.
We tell you what's wrong and what it costs before anything comes apart.
System run, thermostat set, old unit gone, floor swept.
What people say
"You were the only one who called back the same day."

Not on the list? Call anyway. If you're close to the edge of it we'll tell you straight away rather than waste your afternoon.
FAQ
Inside the five towns it's usually same day for emergencies and within two days for everything else. You get a time window on the phone, not a whole day.
Quotes for installs and replacements are free and come in writing with the model on them. Repair calls carry a diagnostic fee and we say the number before we come out.
There's a $95 call-out fee on top of the work. You'll hear that on the phone before anyone drives out, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
Yes, it's most of what we install now. We size the unit to the room instead of selling you the biggest one, which is where most mini split jobs go wrong.
Licensed in Connecticut under HIC.0654321 and fully insured. We're Carrier Factory Authorized too, so warranty work doesn't get handed to somebody else.
Past 15 years, or on a second real failure, replacing usually costs less than the repairs ahead of it. We'll tell you when it isn't worth it yet.
Call and you'll get a person, a window, and a number before we start.
